Dear Hockey player/manager,
We would like to invite you to our 25th recreational ice-hockey tournament on April 29th, 30st and May 1st 2016 in Tilburg, The Netherlands!!
** About The Wheelers
------------------------------------------------------------
Hockey Club The Wheelers was founded in the season of ‘89/’90 as a full recreational hockey club. At that time there was no place for recreational hockey in Tilburg. We don’t compete in the Dutch competition, but if we would, we would play at 2nd or 3rd division level also called recreational or adult divisions.
** About our tournament

The last 24 years we have organised our traditional tournament with 8 recreational teams from The Netherlands. But because this year it's the 25th edition we are organizing an extra big tournament with international atmosphere and your team is very welcome!
Practical information
* 3 days of hockey!
* 8 teams from different countries in 2 pools
* Games of 2 x 20 min. with official refs
* There are 20 games incl. semi finals and final
* For each two teams we have one big locker-room to share during these days
* Lunches are available in or around the hockey-rink
* Minimum amount of players is 10 + goalie. (no professional hockey-players)
The cost for the tournament will be € 449,- per team*
Further input about pools, game-times, lunches, hotel possibilities, 1st payment, etc… is going to be send later after your confirmation.
** About Tilburg (Hockey)

Since 1939 hockey is being played by a club from Tilburg. The club has a history of becoming Dutch champion and winning the national cup. Since 1998 the club moved to the current rink (IJssportcentrum Stappegoor) where The Wheelers also play their games
** About Tilburg (The City)
------------------------------------------------------------
Tilburg is the 6th biggest city in The Netherlands (210.000 residents) and located in the southern province Noord-Brabant. Tilburg is a typical student-city, which brings a lot of atmosphere to the city. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and shops in downtown Tilburg. The city can easily be reached by car, train and Eindhoven and Schiphol airport.
