BARBARA’S DAY TOURNAMENT TYCHY 2016 Art. 01. Teams In st. Barbara’s day tournament will participate eight teams, which are going to be split on two groups (four teams). Art. 02. Players There is no age limit for players. The identity of the players will be controlled by the Jury before first match of every team. The identity of players will be controlled by examining the players passport or other identity card with photograph. Moreover every participating team must present the players roster on official club paper, 45 minutes before the match. Later no more changes in team roster is possible. Art. 03. Roster Each team must notify the list of players 45 minutes before match and that may not be changed. Art. O4. Program of the tournament a) There will be formed two groups of four teams b) the qualification matches will be decided for both of the groups according to the points obtained: match won 2 points match draw 1 point match defeat 0 points c) Every team must play against the other teams of the same group. At the end of these qualifying matches, a normal classification will be made for every group, according to the points obtained. d) If there are two of more teams witch the same number of points, will be decisive: 1) the result of direct match 2) the higher number of goals scored 3) the better difference between goals scored 4) the draw In case of draw the Jury will discuss with the involved team the following of the tournament. Art. 05. Final matches These final matches will be played as following: the winner of first group vs. the winner of the second group, the second of the group vs. the second of the other one, and so on. Art. 06. Duration of the matches The matches are played in two half-times lasting 15 minutes each of effective playing time. In final match, if be an undecided result (a tie), will take place a penalty shooting. The penalties, five for each team must be shot by different players. If there is still a tie the penalty shooting will go on. If during the match the result between two teams is more than seven goals of difference, the playing time will not be stopped. Art. 07. Color of the dresses If the referee decides and want a change of dresses (clubcolors) the team listed as second in the roster must change to a spare-dress. Art. 08. Behavior on the field The teams must be punctual on the ice-field. No delay will be accepted, unless it is to do force majeure. The final decision on the given motives will be taken exclusively and irrevocably by the Jury. The loss by walkover is 5:0. Art. 09. Referees The matches will be lead by referees from Tessin Hokey Association. No referees may be refused by a team. Art. 10. Protests It is not permitted to protest against the decisions of referees. Possible protests referring to decisions must be presented to the Jury at least 10 minutes after the end of the match. The protest must be accompanied by a guarantee amounting to 100€ that will be returned if the protest is accepted. Art. 11. Jury It consists four members, all nominated by the organizing committee. The application of the present rules is the main task of Jury. The decisions taken are nor to protest. The jury establish the final classification on the base of the results obtained during the qualifications. A member of the Jury will proceed in presence of the teams concerned the draw previewed by the present rues. Art. 12. Insurance All players must ne insured against all risks of a possible incidents. The organizers decline any responsibility in this event. Art. 13. Prices Each participating team will receive a price.
