On behalf of our company we would like to invite you to spend 10 days in a hockey training camp in Czech Republic.
Dates: 3.01. — 12.01.2017
Place: Jindrichuv Hradec, Czech Republic.
Price: 550 EURO.
Example of training day:
Morning rise 07:00 – 07:30
Breakfast 08:00 – 08:30
On-ice training 09:00 – 10:30
Off-ice training 10:45 – 11:45
Launch 12:00 – 12:30
Rest 12:45 – 15:00
On-ice training 15:30 – 16:45
Off-ice training 17:00 – 18:15
Swimming pool, sauna 18:30 – 19:15
Dinner 19:30
Free time 20:00
What is included in price?
— 2 on-ice practice per day
— 2 training "off ice" in the day (gym, fitness, exercises on flexibility, speed-power training)
— services, coaches (2 hockey coach, fitness coach)
— accommodation in hotel 3***
— meals (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
— water on training
— recovery procedure 2-3 times (bath, pool)
